Who am I?

Growing Up in a Yogi Home

I grew up in Germany with a Yogi mom who worked as an Ayurvedic consultant, and I'm endlessly grateful for all the love and wisdom she gave me. But growing up, I always felt awkward, like I didn't fit into"normal" society. Our home was decorated with Shiva and Lakshmi cloths, and Hindu philosophy was my bedtime story. Our food was super healthy and my mom's mission was it balance my Vata. I only wanted to have normal meals at some point.

Losing Touch with My Spirituality

My dad, a psychotherapist, was drawn to Buddhism and had a close friend who became a monk. From then on, Buddhist monks often visited our home, what made me join them for Zazen meditations from a very young age! But in my teens, I lost touch with all of this. I fell in love with fitness and nutrition, trying to fit in rejecting any type of sprituality.

Returning to My Roots: Yoga and Ayurveda

Luckily, I found my way back. During my psychology studies (yes, I know, I turned into my parents), I started practicing yoga and meditation again to calm myself in the stress of uni life it only worked sometimes to be honest). At first, I thought I'd never be able to do the splits again, sit still in meditation, or remember all the teachings of my mother. But slowly, I stopped worrying about the outcome and just did it because I loved it.I spent time healing in a Sivananda Ashram in Germany, where I deepened my knowledge of yoga asana, pranayama, and Ayurveda. Eventually, I met my incredible teacher in my hometown, and from that moment on, I was obsessed with rediscovering asana and yogic philosophy. Not long after, I traveled to India and trained for 200 hours in Hatha and Ashtanga and another 300 hours in Vinyasa, without even planning to.

A Journey into Holistic Health

My journey in holistic health has been such a transformative experience. I started by consulting women on hormonal balancing and overall wellness, and as I worked with more clients, I found myself diving deeper into Ayurveda. It felt so natural to start incorporating more of this wisdom into my consultations, helping clients find balance on all levels—mind and body.

Over time, my focus has also expanded to include nutritional consulting, with a particular emphasis on rebalancing the gut microbiome. I now work with both women and men, helping them cut through the overwhelming amount of conflicting information online. My goal is to ensure they make informed decisions, avoid wasting money on unnecessary supplements, and focus on what their bodies truly need to thrive.

My mission is simple: to help the world find balance and health—on all levels, mind and body.
