Meet Ina!

Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Consultant & Psychologist
With roots in Germany and now based in Bali, I was raised in a home deeply connected to wellness. Inspired by my father, a psychologist, and my mother, a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic consultant, I grew up surrounded by yoga, mindfulness, and holistic healing practices. Visits from Buddhist monks during my childhood further deepened my connection to meditation and spiritual growth.
Driven by my passion for understanding the mind and body, I pursued a degree in Psychology and became a certified non-violent communication trainer. I have since blended my knowledge of nutrition, yoga, Ayurveda to create a holistic approach to well-being and to maintain a healthy, fit body and mind.
In Bali, I lead workshops and events on yoga, Ayurveda, and nutrition, helping people reconnect with themselves and achieve balance in their lives. Over the past three years, I’ve worked with both women and men to address imbalances, fitness goals, and emotional well-being. My unique method combines Ayurvedic principles, psychological insights, and modern science to cultivate self-love and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
My mission is to guide individuals toward a life of balance, authenticity, and inner peace.
